Store-Value CardA stored-value card, also called a smart card or an intigraded circuit card (ICC), contains a small microprocessor in a credit card sized plastic card. With a microprocessor the card can store money electroniclly. This card can be reloaded with money. The microprocessor keeps track of the deposits and expenditures.
